Learn to Play!
Pick-Up Derby (PUD) is for anyone interested in learning how to play roller derby. All skill levels are welcome! Members of the Mile High Club will teach basic skating and roller derby skills. If you’re interested in trying out at any point, then PUD is an excellent way to get ready and see what will be at the tryout.
PUD is held every Sunday night 6-9 p.m. at our practice facility The Glitterdome (3600 Wynkoop, Denver, CO Door A3).
The cost is $10 for non-league members, $5 for skaters from visiting leagues. Skate rentals are available for $3. We have extra pads and helmets if you don’t have your own yet. Mouth guards are available for purchase.
